FASHION PERCEPTION

The out ward from through which the mind speaks to the universe.  Fashion in all language design to make, shape model, adapt, embellish, and adorn. Fashion involves our outward, visible lives. It invades dance the cars we drive and the way we cut our hair. Fashion also influences architecture, forms of worships and life style. It has an impact on every stage life from the womb to the tomb. During recent years, the general interest in fashion has increased enormously. Fashion is one of the greatest economic forces in present –day life to great extent, it determines what people will buy.

Fashion Perception

Change in fashion is the motivating factor for replacing clothes, cosmetics, furniture, house wear and automobiles. Fashion causes changes in consumer goods and at the same time makes people want the new products, since the thought of being UN fashionable is a fate worse than death to many people. As important as fashion is to the individual consumer and to fashion businesses . Fashion can only be defined in time: multifarious,capricious and variable, its nature is encapsulated by change. scholars have paid a great deal of attention to the role of fashion , bath conceptually and practically they have underlined how present-day societies find their  identity  and formulate  their understanding of change not simply by referring  to technological progress , economic growth or cultural transformation in society , but also through the medium of fashion.

Fashion is not just what we seen on catwalks and glossy magazines. It is also the flux of colors, shapes, materialities  and behaviors

How did people understand the role of fashion in different periods, cultures and societies? And why was fashion so important in the life of millions of people at least since the middle ages.

Fashion is a term, which is referred to as a state of mind. Fashion is most commonly associated with clothing, but it even applies to anything from to interior architecture, to models of toys.It is a spirit, where an individual is comfortable with his mode of clothing and converts this comfort into a personal style. It is a way of measuring a mood that can be useful in many aspects,culturally, socially even psychologically; perhaps the most distinctive quality about the fashion since the early time is that it is increasing in simplicity.

A fashion reminds peoplefor the period of time that a large segment of society accepts it; that however,it is normal for the fashion trends to change according to the seasons.

Each season does bring into fashion a particular color and style. Fashion is not just not limited to female fraternity evenmen have been taken over by the fashion world. They have become more conscious of what is in and what is not, they pay more attention to their appeance than hey  did earlier children are also aware and prefer to wear what is in fashion.

Fashion is something we deal with every day. And one thing certain in the fashion world is change.

Fashion is important to us because it’s a means of self –expression. It helps to identify ourselves with a group of others like us –whether it’s a lifestyle, a religion, a profession, or an attitude.

Fashion is essentially a form of tribalism  and a way of giving clear message about who we are, so it is not surprising that people can have an abiding fascination with something as apparently superficial a hat or a purse –even if its not their own .

Fashion as a sign system- fashion is a language of signs, symbols and iconography that nan- verbally communication meanings about individuals and groups.

Today fashion and beauty can be affordable for everyone.  Mass fashion is moving so fast that fashion now moves in a weekly cycle and fashion trends are hat for short time only.
